Work Start
Clanrye Group’s Work Start programme will support participants into employment, alongside additional education / training, or other opportunities which will improve the participants employability.
Work Start is a 12-week employability programme. Suitable for those seeking employment, those who want a better career, or for those who want to build their skills and become more confident.
When you join Work Start, you will be allocated a Work Coach. You will be provided with:

- CV Development
- Job Search techniques
- Interview support & skills
- Basic IT/Digital Skills and social media
- Confidence Building / Personal Development
- Wraparound support
