Our Online Carer Social Café is a great way for you to meet with other carers in the comfort of your own home. Wellbeing Wednesday will focus on your wellbeing, catching up with those in similar situations to yours, and listening to guest speakers.
Sessions will include:
- 5 Steps to Wellbeing
- Mindfulness
- Chair Yoga/Chi Me
