Carers First

Carers First is a support programme which offers a range of services to adult carers living within the Southern Health and Social Care Trust area.

Carers provide invaluable care and support to their loved ones, but in many cases, they also need care and support themselves. We understand this at Clanrye Group, and have launched this programme in order to help those who need it. Our Carer’s First program also provides an individually assessed and tailored support plan for adult carer’s living in the Newry and Mourne, Armagh and Dungannon, and Craigavon and Banbridge areas.
